Prayer Week - Monday

This week we are going to dedicate our time here together in prayer for this coming weekend. Each day, I'll have a verse from scripture along with a couple of thoughts to pray over as we begin to prepare ourselves for this amazing weekend event.

Matthew 16:13-17
Peter’s Declaration about Jesus
13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”

14 “Well,” they replied, “some say John the Baptist, some say Elijah, and others say Jeremiah or one of the other prophets.”

15 Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?”

16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

17 Jesus replied, “You are blessed, Simon son of John, because my Father in heaven has revealed this to you. You did not learn this from any human being."

The series this weekend could change the way some people feel about Christ...As you pray this morning...here are a couple of things to think about:

1) How would you respond to Jesus' question: "But who do you say I am?"

2) Am I doing everything I can to represent Christ to those that don't know Him?

Those are two big questions...let's pray together as a worldwide campus and begin to prepare our hearts and minds for what is coming on November 22nd.

See you tomorrow,
Pastor Brian
